Cooperative planning for natural disasters related to climate change.

Natural disasters, many of which are exacerbated by climate change, interfere with sustainable development, sometimes canceling out years of success with a single event. Evidence shows that exposure to risks to people and property in all countries is increasing at a faster rate than vulnerability is decreasing, with significant economic, cultural, environmental and health impacts, especially at the local and community levels.
